How we work

Preparing or advising on any heads of terms or leasing proposal and assisting you in negotiating them.
If you’re a landlord – drafting the lease and negotiating for you on any changes requested by the tenant.
If you are a tenant – reviewing the lease and negotiating changes to the lease term.
Providing you with lease support identifying the important terms and conditions of the lease.
Liaising with the other side’s lawyers on your behalf to finalize the lease. For landlords we also attend the registration of the lease if required.
If the lease is a sublease then we also review the headlease and assist in obtaining the necessary consents from the landlord.
